CONTEXTE
Durant votre apprentissage chez Richemont Suisse, vous intégrerez le département Customer Service dans un environnement bienveillant et motivant. Vous aurez la chance de pouvoir faire votre première expérience dans le monde professionnel au sein d’un département se trouvant au cœur des Maisons et en contact direct avec nos produits.

En tant que CS Administration Trainee vous aurez les belles responsabilités de :
Back office
• Enregistrement / devis / facturation
Vous viendrez en support sur diverses tâches liées aux flux administratifs des réparations qui transitent par notre plateforme.
• Supply & matching
Passage des commandes, réceptions et attributions des composants pour les interventions à réaliser au sein de nos ateliers. Vous découvrirez les différents flux d’approvisionnement et de retour de composants.
Logistique
Expédition et déballage des colis, suivi des livraisons et gestion des stocks de matériel n'auront plus de secret pour vous en devenant acteur au sein cette équipe en charge de nos flux locaux et européens de réparations.
Customer contact
• Vous intégrerez l’environnement passionnant de la relation à la clientèle pour accompagner notre équipe et vous formez à l’art d’entretenir des contacts privilégiés avec nos différents clients et partenaires.
QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE GROUPE?
• Vous êtes à la recherche d'un poste de formation pour un CFC Employé de Commerce branche Administration & Service ou équivalent
• Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
• Vous êtes motivé/e, dynamique et aimez travailler en équipe
• Vous avez une sensibilité pour la satisfaction des clients
• Vous parlez couramment français et avez des bases en anglais, l'allemand un plus
