Head of Finance (m/w/d)

Du bist alleine für das gesamte Finanzwesen unseres Unternehmens zuständig und rapportierst direkt an den CEO. Auf dich wartet eine breitgefächerte Aufgabe mit vielen Gestaltungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vollständige Verantwortung und Führung der Erfolgsrechnung und Bilanz mit Schwerpunkt auf Umsatz, Bruttomarge, Betriebskapital und direkte Kosten
  • Exzellentes führen der Buchhaltung und Sicherstellung, dass die Systeme sowie Prozesse gut organisiert sind
  • Sicherstellung eines fristgerechten und korrekten Abschlusses der Finanzperioden (monatlich, vierteljährlich und jährlich) und Bereitstellung einer umfassenden Analyse der finanziellen Leistung inkl. Reporting an die Gruppe
  • Koordination von Business Reviews, Forecasts und Planungszyklen mit dem Management
  • Erstellung der vierteljährlichen Finanzprognosen, Berichte und Analysen des Unternehmens und erfolgreiches Management der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, um die gewünschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller steuerlich relevanter Anforderungen
  • Bereitstellung klarer und logischer Szenarioanalysen, die es dem Management ermöglichen, angemessene Entscheidungen zu treffen

Du bietest:

  • Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Aus-/Weiterbildung in Betriebs-wirtschaft, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder verwandten Fächern
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen eines Technologie-Unternehmens oder einer ähnlichen Branche
  • Erfahrungen in einem Softwareunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics und Swiss Salary NAV
  • Erfahrung in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS Standard von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und enge Fristen einzuhalten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Motivation, das Geschäft zu verstehen, einschliesslich Strategie, Produkte, Markt und Wettbewerbsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in M&A Prozessen von Vorteil
