Dans le contexte d’un programme de remise à niveau compliance sur un site pharmaceutique dans le canton de Vaud, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Senior Cleaning Validation Specialist afin d’assurer les missions suivantes :

Définir et mettre en place la stratégie de validation des procédés de nettoyage des équipementsRéaliser les analyses de risques en lien avec les activités de nettoyage des équipementsDéfinir les plans de validation de nettoyageDévelopper les recettes de nettoyage des équipements et réaliser les testsRédiger les rapports et les protocoles de validationGérer & suivre les non-conformités et déviations jusqu’à leur clôtureEffectuer un reporting des activitésAssurer un rôle de conseil sur site pour les activités en lien avec le nettoyage des équipements

La personne devra maitriser :


Les procédés pharmaceutiques (de préférence en formes sèches)
Les activités de validation de nettoyage (analyse de risques, calculs des critères d’acceptation, plan de validation, protocoles de validation..)

Les exigences réglementaires pharmaceutiques associées

Le langage technique
L’anglais

Profil:

Formation ingénieur en génie des procédés, chimique, pharmaceutiqueExpérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le domaine des validations des procédés de nettoyageAptitudes souhaitées : bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe, autonome, orienté résultats
