As a Product Manager Fixline Voice and Internet B2B, you will play a pivotal role and you will work closely with the Sales, Operational/Care, Communications and IT teams and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, mainly in the domain of fixnet/internet technology focusing on increasing our customer base and launching / improving products & offers for Business Customers. Your Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Fixnet Voice and Internet Access products.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.Define overall product portfolioProduct Development:Lead the product development process, from concept through to launchCollaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make informed trade-off decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Go-to-Market & Launch:Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales enablement tools.Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements.Strategize and implement initiatives to grow the customer base.Customer Focus & Support:Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns.Provide product support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.What we're looking for:
Educational Background: University degree or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in French or English or German, both spoken and written, at least 2 out of those 3 languages.Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar position and industry.Relevant Experience: Experience in Marketing, Product Management, and/or Segment Management, ideally within the telecommunications industry.Work Ethic: Highly autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Hands-on Approach: Practical, detail-oriented, while maintaining a strategic perspective.Organizational Skills: Organized and independent, with a high level of commitment.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Residency: Swiss citizen or holder of a valid Swiss permit (B, C, G, etc.).What We Offer
