Cognizant Consulting will be looking for Junior Business Analyst sto join a consulting team in Zürich serving Fortune 500 clients in Switzerland.

This will be a full-time Graduate Program Junior Business Analyst role that will be part of our graduate program starting September 2024 or in Jan/May/December 2025.

As a Graduate Program Junior Business Analyst, you will support clients on their digital journey by analyzing business problems and helping them deliver value by developing and implementing recommendations on business-critical problems. You will also contribute to all phases of digital transformation projects by applying state-of-the-art techniques.

In your first few weeks in this flexible role, you can expect to:

·   Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by supporting project management or supporting the organisation's change management efforts

·   Develop advisory experiences relevant for various phases of a business transformation

·   Assist the consulting team in preparing strategic business proposals and recommendations in digital and business transformation.

Required qualifications:

  • We are looking for someone who thrives in this setting and is inspired to craft significant solutions through fruitful collaboration.
  • You will need a good university education (Master’s degree preferred) from top Swiss universities in social, natural or applied sciences.
  • Graduation completed in the last two years
  • fluent German/French and English language
  • Academic exposure, internship or work experience in Project Management or Change Management.
