    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
    • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Tech-Unternehmen
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts sowie moderner HR-Prozesse und Best Practices
    • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer HR-Strategien
    • Ausgeprägte Organisationskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Ãberblick zu behalten
    • Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen und Fingerspitzgefühl im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Hintergründe
    • Kreativität, Offenheit für neue Ideen und die Bereitschaft, innovative Wege zu gehen
    • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, um HR-Themen ganzheitlich zu betrachten
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Souveräner Umgang mit modernen HR-Tools und -Systemen sowie Affinität zu digitalen Technologien
    • Positive Ausstrahlung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und die Motivation, ein starkes HR-Team aufzubauen und zu führen
