WinGD is looking for a

AP Accountant 

Responsibilities: 

• Accounts Payables: processing of incoming vendor invoices 
• Accounts Payables: management of internal employee expenses 
• Experience with Chrome River desirable 
• Ad hoc reports and project linked to improvement and efficiency gains
• Processing of monthly vendor letters and payment reminders 
• Business Partner Maintenance: such as creating, amending, blocking vendors/customers 
• Carry out vendor payment runs and manual payments 
• Support Monthly Closing (accruals posting)
• Support Annual Audits
• Independent and accurate way of working (reliability, flexibility, team player, communicative) 

Requirements:

• SAP FICO, and MM knowledge 
• Education: Bachelors in Finance and Accounting or Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzwesen 
• Experience in finance and accounting minimum of 3-5 years 
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• German language skills 
• Good English skills
