Senior SAP Supply Chain Expert

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, articulating complex concepts and uncertainties to foster understanding and alignment.

  Identify and address potential misalignments between operational levels, acting as a key communication link and facilitating effective solutions or escalations when necessary.

  Lead and participate in multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, driving them to successful conclusions while demonstrating decision-making flexibility and considering broader organizational implications.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Act as a change leader by publicly demonstrating commitment to change initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating adoption across the organization.

  Oversee the landscape of systems including SAP EWM deployment, interface with MES (Syncade), and detail scheduling tool (OMP), ensuring efficient integration and functionality.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Contribute to the design and deployment of sub-processes impacting inventory management, material flow, and master data within an integrated system environment.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Drive and contribute to projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, testing systems and processes, and developing supporting documentation for end-users.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Build alliances and networks, cultivate transparency, and coach/mentor systems/process/project/data owners to accelerate success outcomes and foster innovation.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Inspire a culture of excellence and high-quality standards, driving process improvements, reducing complexity, and effectively managing diverse stakeholders.

  Ensure adherence to our client's culture, code of conduct, guidelines, and standards, documenting processes in accordance with cGMP and ISO 9001 requirements.

  
  
  

Your Profile:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and change management within a biologics or pharmaceutical environment.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as EWM or relevant
  
• Experience in MES systems is an asset
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
