Wir sind Planted. Nach Jahren der Forschung wurde Planted im Juli 2019 als Spin-off der ETH Zürich gegründet. Unser Ziel ist es, die Welt besser zu machen. Mit einem revolutionären Plan: Fleisch aus Pflanzen.

Planted ist mehr als ein köstliches Produkt - es ist auch eine Einstellung. Wir wollen die Art und Weise, wie Fleisch wahrgenommen und konsumiert wird, radikal verändern und einen Wechsel vom Verzehr tierischer zu dem pflanzlicher Proteine anregen.

Start im Frühling bzw. Sommer 2024.

Deine Mission:

  • Du unterstützt die Leiterin der planted.experience im operativen und administrativen Bereich und hältst selber Präsentationen.
  • Du koordinierst die Bestellungen des Planted Self-Service Shops und bist zuständig für das Reporting.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an Veranstaltungen mit.
  • Du nimmst Eventanfragen entgegen und unterstützt bei der Offerten-Erstellung.
  • Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung diverser Dokumente wie Factsheets, Datenblätter etc. mit.
  • Du bietest Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung des planted.openhouses.
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen (Powerpoint) und unterstützt das gesamte Global Events Team bei administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Bestandskontrolle und Ordnung des Eventlagers.

Du:

  • Vielleicht hast du eine Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, eine Hotelfachschule oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Rucksack. Vielleicht aber auch nicht - Quereinsteiger:innen sind ebenso willkommen wie Personen mit erster Branchenerfahrung.
  • bist ein Organisationstalent und schmeisst regelmässig Events für deine Familie und Freunde Zusätzliche Eventkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • bist ein:e echte:r "Foodie"
  • hast eine grosse Motivation, unseren Gästen ein Erlebnis zu bieten und dabei keine Scheu, vor Publikum zu sprechen.
  • arbeitest strukturiert und speditiv und deine MS Office Kenntnisse (Word/Excel/PPT) schüttelst du aus dem Ärmel.
  • bist selbstständig und bringst eine grosse Portion Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit.
  • identifizierst dich mit der Marke Planted und der pflanzlichen Ernährung.
  • bist kommunikativ, engagiert und teamfähig.
  • sprichst fliessend Deutsch (C1-C2) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
  • bist flexibel und bereit, auch Eventeinsätze ausserhalb der Bürozeiten zu leisten.
