Formulation Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Muenchwilen based company in the agricultural sector.

Your tasks:

Leading the transition of lab-tested formulations to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and qualityDriving successful global technology transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to standardsDesigning and conducting pilot plant and manufacturing trials, documenting outcomes for process improvementContributing to cutting-edge process designs for capital projects to enhance manufacturing efficiencyApplying expertise to identify and implement solutions for capacity, quality, and cost improvementsParticipating in project teams that implement technical solutions at manufacturing facilities

Your experience/knowledge:

Strong background in process engineering, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting of formulation processesKnowledge of physical and chemical properties of substances, to effectively design and optimize manufacturing processesExtensive knowledge of formulation equipment and instrumentation, optimizing their use for manufacturing efficiencyDegree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry or equivalent professional qualificationLanguage skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German would be advantageous
