Site Merchandising Intern

Location: Zurich

We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Start date: April 1st, 2024
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
  • Note: This is a paid internship
Your Mission
  • You will be part of the DTC Ecommerce team EMEA region supporting the site merchandising manager on some key activities
  • You will support on the product lifecycle management, from activation to deactivation of the product, monitoring customer interaction and proposing actions
  • You will support the team giving insights on site health and customer behaviour
  • You will support campaign activation and seasonal launches, sorting of landing pages according to regional buying and commercial needs
  • You will support new features testing and launches ahead of go live
  • You will be a key figure in the cross-team collaboration, ensuring coherence among different touch points and pages, supporting the alignment with CRM and paid team
Your story
  • Growth mindset, willing to learn, step outside comfort zone. Motivated to step in and making an impact in a fast-growing environment (brand and team)
  • You are passionate about Data and how data can support in making informed decisions
  • Proactive and with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of excel and powerpoint is required
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • A personal interest or previous experience with online platform in fashion, sports or luxury is advantageous
