Das erwartet dich

  • Durchführung umfassender UX Researches mit vielfältigen Methoden, um tiefe Einblicke in das Verhalten und die Präferenzen unserer User zu gewinnen.

  • Analyse von Forschungsdaten und Übersetzung in actionable Insights, die direkt in die Weiterentwicklung der Produktdesigns einfliessen.

  • Unterstützung der Optimierung von User Interfaces, die sowohl ästhetisch als auch funktional überzeugen.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktstrategie und das User Interface Design nahtlos ineinandergreifen.

  • Leitung von Workshops und Brainstorming-Sessions mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zur Definition und Verfeinerung von Produktfeatures und User Experiences.

  • Fortlaufende Beobachtung und Bewertung von User Feedback und Marktrends, um Designiterationen und Produktverbesserungen voranzutreiben.

  • Vertretung des User-zentrierten Ansatzes im gesamten Team und Förderung einer Kultur, die stark auf User Experience und Designinnovation setzt.

Das suchen wir

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich.

  • Grosse Erfahrung in Product Design und UX Research.

  • Ausgeprägte Skills in der Gestaltung von User Interfaces und der Anwendung von Design Tools wie Figma, Sketch oder Adobe XD.

  • Fähigkeit, Forschungsergebnisse in effektive Designlösungen zu übersetzen.

  • Hervorragende analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, fliessend in Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
