Your role
In the role of Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, deployment, support and maintenance of the EPM solution. You will be pivotal to problem definition and analysis of the issue/ticket raised by the client and guide teams on project processes, deliverables and technical fixes. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end support, maintenance and enhancements of EPM Cloud solution
  • Review, analysis and finding root cause of the issues raised by users
  • Interact with business users to understand the issue and if required simulate issue in user environment
  • Apply functional / technical fixes, test the same and obtain user sign-off before applying fixes to Production environment
  • For enhancement requests, analysis of the requirements, conducting workshops with users (if required), create estimates and timelines for implementation of enhancement, create functional and technical design, present design, POCs, demo (if required) to business users during various workshops and interactions.
  • Create technical and functional solution architecture for your assigned track, data flows, process flows
  • Lead the project end-to-end- both technically as well functionally, right from analysis to design to build, applying fixes, test and deploy.
  • Create/update EPM master data, create/update data forms, build/update business rules, groovy scripting
  • Set-up/update data integrations including pipeline and EPM Automate, create Reports and Dashboards.
  • Deliver training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
  • Present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders
  • Liasioning with client business and IT team
Required
  • Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred or Chartered Accountant/CPA or equivalent with hands-on Oracle EPM experience.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Design, Modeling and Implementation, support and enhancement of Oracle EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.
  • Primary and strong techno-functional experience in EPBCS all modules- Financial, Workforce, Capex, Projects and Strategic.
  • At least 3 end-to-end EPBCS implementation experience.
  • Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation.
  • Strong functional knowledge on planning and budgeting processes, rolling forecast, drivers, KPIs, Cashflow.
  • Secondary hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS and PCMCS.
Preferred
  • Techno-functional solution and support lead
  • EPBCS implementation and support hands-on experience is must
  • Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions
  • Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
  • Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
