Unsere wachsende Kundenbasis besteht aus Telekomanbietern im In- und Ausland. Sie leiten unser Support Team aus erfahrenen Telecom System Engineers. Gemeinsam unterstützen sie die technischen Support Teams der Kunden beim Betrieb unserer Voice und UCC-Gesamtlösungen. Ihr Team betreut die technischen Teams unserer Kunden als 3rd-Level Support.

 

Was Sie bringen

Als Teamleiter und System Engineer im IT-/Telekommunikationsumfeld haben Sie Erfahrungen gesammelt und Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten geschärft. Sie verfügen entweder über Erfahrung in der Teamführung oder streben an, diese Verantwortung im Rahmen Ihrer Entwicklung zu übernehmen. Ihre fundierte technische Expertise ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich in komplexe Situationen der Anwender hineinzudenken und mit den Telekomanbietern massgeschneiderte Lösungen zu erarbeiten. Sie behalten stets den Überblick und konzentrieren sich auf das Wesentliche. In ihrer Arbeit sind Sie selbständig, zielorientiert, teamfähig und haben Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und dem Coachen von Technikern.

 

Sie kennen sich gut aus mit IP-basierten Netzwerken und den darauf verfügbaren Diensten, insbesondere den VoIP-Protokollen (SIP, SDP und RTP). Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung und im Management von Linux basierten Server-Systemen sind vorhanden. Kenntnisse der Technologien Docker und Kubernetes sind von Vorteil. Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wie Französisch oder Italienisch sind willkommen.
