Description du poste et contexte :
Nous recherchons pour un client qui cherche à renforcer son équipe de la direction Services aux clients avec un Responsable des Plateformes IT de Réservation et d'Inventaire. Ce poste clé au sein de cette société à Genève relève directement du Directeur des Systèmes d'Information et implique la gestion des services informatiques pour toutes les fonctions de réservation et de gestion des stocks (configuration, gestion des stocks, planification des itinéraires, gestion des vols, opérations de tours, etc.).
Responsabilités :
- Collaborer avec le Directeur des Systèmes d'Information pour élaborer une stratégie d'évolution du domaine en accord avec la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise.
- Assurer un alignement constant entre les fonctions métier soutenues et les départements IT à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques, garantissant ainsi un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients internes pour la fourniture des services IT.
- Gérer un portefeuille complet de services IT pour le domaine, en organisant et développant les équipes nécessaires.
- Collecter activement les besoins métier et soutenir la définition du périmètre des initiatives commerciales.
- Piloter la définition d'une feuille de route évolutive pour les services IT de réservation et d'inventaire.
- Promouvoir l'innovation pour un domaine inter-fonctionnel en surveillant étroitement les tendances technologiques et en comprenant leur impact sur les processus métier.
- Assurer la livraison des solutions grâce à une stratégie efficace de gestion des versions.
- Diriger l'évaluation et la sélection des plateformes et fournisseurs.
- Gérer une équipe diversifiée possédant des compétences techniques et fonctionnelles à différents niveaux de seniorité.
Formation :
- Diplôme en informatique, administration des affaires, économie, mathématiques ou autre domaine technique.
Compétences primordiales :
- Expérience significative dans la gestion de programmes de transformation complexes axés sur les systèmes de réservation et les technologies associées.
- Forte expérience dans les méthodologies de gestion de projet telles qu'Agile et Scrum.
- Connaissance approfondie des API, des microservices et des technologies cloud pour faciliter la transformation numérique.
- Compétences avancées en gestion d'équipe et de budget.
Compétences importantes :
- Capacité démontrée à gérer des équipes multifonctionnelles et multiculturelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, interpersonnelles et en négociation.
- Capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes, avec une aptitude à prioriser les tâches et gérer efficacement le temps.
Compétences optionnelles :
- Maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne en plus de l'anglais requis.
- Diplôme en informatique, administration des affaires, économie, mathématiques ou autre domaine technique.
