We're seeking a highly organized and structured individual to join our Channel Marketing Team. As a Trade Marketing Intern (m/f/d), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts in bringing our iconic brand portfolio to life. 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative support for the team in regards to implementation of strong, customer centric and channel specific marketing activities based on business plan priorities
  • Assist our channel marketing managers in the implementation of trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales
  • Support the coordination with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the team with budget and payment tasks
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external communication purposes
  • Independently manage projects or project stages within the marketing team 
  • Documentation of the dynamic out of home landscape, reporting and statistic
  • Assist the team in the coordination of planning, ordering and distributing point of sales (POS) activation materials
  • Manage relationships and operations with BTL agencies for POS material development
  • Ensuring efficient and effective interface management with other business areas like Sales and other Marketeers
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (University/FH) 
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
  • You have first work experiences - Marketing or Brand Management experience is a plus
  • You are a strong multitasker, highly organized and have a hands-on personality
  • You have fast comprehension, exact working method and a high service orientation
  • You are a highly proactive team-player with very strong organizational skills
  • You have an independent working style and drive the business forward with a lot of initiative
  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge
