As the world’s fastest-growing running brand, On has incredible stories to tell. We’ve kept performance and innovation at the core of our story and our in-house Creative Studio team brings these stories to life through a variety of campaigns every year. As we continue to grow, we’re in search of a Head of Production to join us in Zurich. In this key role, you’ll be spearheading creative projects, ensuring best results in our productions. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of production, from planning to execution to asset delivery.

Your mission

– Aim for best-in-class production results in everything we create
– Lead a growing team of producers. Overseeing budgets, schedules and team operations
– You are the operational backbone of the production team. Agendas and processes are your bread and butter
– Work closely with Studio Management on team resourcing. Provide regular status reports and flag capacity issues with the campaign team and studio management
– Identify the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimize their implementation
– Have an up to date production overview. Provide regular feedback sessions for learnings and always strive to improve the operational side of the team
– Coaching and development of the team
– Be the go-to person for all things related to production at On and be a key player in the Senior Leadership team within the Creative studio

Your story

– At least 7 years’ experience working in a creative production leadership role in an agency or for a sports brand
– 10+ years of experience working within Production. Real expertise in your field, having worked on video and photo shoots throughout your career
– Hold a degree from a creative or management field
– Experience running large budget productions in the retail, sports, or fashion industry
– Strong experience in leading a team, with people management at the heart of what you do
– Well established network of contacts from agencies, directors, and external producers
– Outstanding project management skills
– Experience with production legal contracts and processes
– Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, clarify project priorities, identify risks, and efficiently problem-solve
– Solutions-oriented mindset, believing every problem is solvable and using creativity mixed with pragmatism to find solutions
– Desire to live in Zurich, with a willingness to travel every month
– Exceptional communication skills are a necessity, with a high proficiency in English
