Vous avez une expérience confirmée en Horlogerie Haut de Gamme Habillage boîte.Constructeur Habillage H/F

Votre profil dans l'idéal :

  • Vous faites preuve dâune excellente maîtrise du logiciel INVENTOR ou équivalent (Solidworks) et vous vous sentez également à lâaise dans lâunivers Windows et dans la suite Office.
  • Vous connaissez et maîtrisez toutes les parties de la boîte de montre et de lâhabillage.Vous vous sentirez à lâaise dans une position transversale entre tous les acteurs du développement et de la production (BT mouvements, designers, méthodes, usinage, logistique et achats).
  • Parfaite maîtrise du Français, connaissances en Anglais (termes techniques) seraient un atout.

    Votre Mission :

    • Réalisation complète dâétudes techniques et de constructions sur la base des exigences clients et en conformité avec les normes internes de qualité (NIHS par exemple).
    • Réalisation des dossiers de plans de détails (usinage et terminaison) pour tous les composants produits à lâinterne ou achetés, sur la base de nos propres constructions comme celles des clients.
    • Participation active et centrale dans le lancement et le suivi des prototypes en collaboration avec les différents départements concernés (méthodes, production, qualité, achats, BT mouvements).
    • Participation active dans le suivi des préséries.
    • Elaboration et réalisation des fiches techniques pour les fournisseurs et pour le contrôle qualité.
    • Soutien technique sporadique à la production pour la réalisation des plans de posages et/ou outillages spécifiques pour lâusinage ou la terminaison.
    • Validation des plans fournisseurs, homologation des prototypes et gestion autonome des modifications ainsi que de la tenue à jour des dossiers.
