For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are looking for a PMO with strong expertise in IT Digital Banking projects. Leveraging your solid experience in project management and digital banking technology, you will drive efficency, quality and alignment across project teams, achieving bussiness objectives effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards tailored to the unique requirements of digital banking initiatives
• Coordinating user acceptance testing activities to validate that the system meets business requirements and is fit for purpose
• Identify, monitor and track milestones, deliverables and tasks at Program Level
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and foster effective communication
• Projects controlling (risk identification / issue tracking and management / reporting...)
• Preparation of dashboards for stakeholders on Plan / Resources / Budget
• Preparation of Program Steering Committees

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of PMO, in the banking or financial sector, preferably in a consulting environment
• Degree in engineering, economics or computer science
• Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
• Project planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Agile and project management certifications will be considered as a plus
