Man unterstützt oder übernimmt Aufgaben und Projekte in einem der drei Quality Operations Chapter (MAB, SUT, ADC&SM). Als Quality Assurance Manager arbeitet man sich in neue Themenbereiche ein, erweitert ihr Netzwerk und trägt durch ihre wechselnden Einsatzgebiete zur Harmonisierung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.
Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in hat ein abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich und bringt bereits Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in einem GMP regulierten Unternehmen mit. Die Person verfügt zudem über Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Man wird in einem der drei Quality Chapter eingesetzt und eignet sich das dort erforderliche Wissen an
- Ansprechpartner der Produktionsbetriebe in allen Qualitätsbelangen
- Sicherstellung von Quality Oversight und GMP-Compliance bei allen betreuten Produktionen und Projekten und Überwachung der Einhaltung der internen Vorgabedokumente
- Überprüfung, Beurteilung und Genehmigung der Herstelldokumentation (Batch Record Review) auf Papier und innerhalb des elektronischen Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Freigabe der hergestellten Wirkstoffe
- Initiierung, Bearbeitung, Beurteilung und Genehmigung der Abweichungen (Deviations), Korrektur-und Präventionsmassnahmen (CAPAs) und technische Änderungsanträge (Changes)
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Genehmigung GMP-Dokumente
- Durchführung der Qualitätsbegehungen und Selbstinspektionen und Unterstützung der internen Audits und Behördeninspektionen
- Ideengenerierung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, Verschlankung unserer Prozesse und derer Umsetzung
Must Haves:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Feld (z.B. Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie) oder im Bereich des Ingenieurwesens (z.B. Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmatechnik) (
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in einem GMP regulierten Unternehmen, bevorzugt in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Routine in der Quality-Rolle bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Technischen Changes, Batch record review und CAPAs
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ein versierter Umgang mit IT Office Applikationen sowie in der Pharmaindustrie gängigen IT Systemen (z.B. TrackWise, Documentum)
