The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation is a unique Swiss non-profit organization with headquarters in Trogen AR. With our work, we create access to good, equal education for all children and young people in Switzerland and worldwide. The implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child forms the framework of our projects. The children's village is a meeting place and the heart of our foundation.

• Full-fledged representative of the CRM-side business engineering area
• Responsible for creating data analysis and visualizations within the foundation
• Control of comprehensive data selections
• Proactive development of quality controls
• Development of data simulations and their presentation
• Extensive recommendations for action to increase fundraising efficiency
• Development of conceptual support for cross-departmental collaboration

• Training in the field of data analysis, data science at Bachelor/Master level or comparable training in the field of mathematics, physics, business administration or information systems
• Initial experience in project management and data analysis
• Flair for working with complex data
• Independent, committed and goal-oriented work.
• Innovative personality with the courage to test new concepts and ideas with extensive creative freedom

You will receive a meaningful and varied job with a lot of personal responsibility in an NGO that operates internationally and in Switzerland.
