Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing Communications, Human Resources, Engineering sowie Finance - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird. 

Director of Engineering



Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung über die Bereiche Haustechnik, Informatik, Veranstaltungstechnik und Sicherheit
  • Unterhalt, Entwicklung und Ãberwachung aller technischen Anlagen inklusive EDV Infrastruktur
  • Gewährleistung der entsprechend Supportleistungen gegenüber Gästen und Mitarbeitern.
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle umfassender Wartungsmassnahmen
  • Koordination von baulichen Pendenzen, Garantie- und Mängelbearbeitung
  • Massnahmen zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Sicherheit, inklusive Gebäude - und Personenschutz, Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Verantwortung als SiBe (Stv)
  • Kontaktpflege mit Behörden und Partnern
  • Erstellen von Rapporten, Statistiken und Analysen
  • Führung eines Fachteams von ca. 28 Mitarbeitenden  
Ihre Profil
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion mit entsprechendem Leistungsnachweis
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • 'hand-on' Mentalität sowie sicheres und pragmatisches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse im MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Hohes Mass an Selbstständigem Arbeiten, Qualitätsbewusstsein 
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
