Are you looking to kick-start your career in Wealth Management and Hedge Funds in Zurich? Cognizant is expanding its team and seeking enthusiastic, full-time Junior Operations Analysts in Wealth Management. This hybrid banking and financial services role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.

- Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.

- Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process Hedge Fund transfers.

- Prepare fund-specific documentation for transfers in cooperation with legal departments.

- Review fund restrictions to ensure client compliance with fund requirements.

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Administer securities settlement static data (SSI).

- Systematically chase outstanding information and overdue transactions.

- Investigate securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks.

- Assist in resolving complex client queries through internal and external escalations.

Skills and Experience:

- 1-6 year experience Hedge Funds operations and migration processes.

- Knowledge of securities settlement and static data administration.

- Familiarity with fund restrictions and compliance requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- fluent English proficiency.
