Are you available for 1 year contract ? Anyexperience in Performance Management ?

Be part of the local HR team take an active rolein all HR related processes:

_ Recruitment : support managers in therecruitment process from publication until offer to the candidatein collaboration with the centralized Talent Acquisitionteam

_ Onboarding : draft contract and supportintegration process for new comer

_ Employeerelations : advise all employees on HR related topics and questions

_ Act as Business Partner : provide guidance andsupport to local managers

_ Time management :follow-up absences and application of theregulations

_ Performance management : advise andsupport employees and managers

_ HR communication: write HR communications as needed (employee life cycle info,newsletter, info screen)

_ Compliance: ensurecorrect handling of workplace policies, procedures and practices incompliance with Employment legislation andregulations

Functie-eisen

_Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent ie: HRadministrative assistant diploma (Federal Brevet in HR is anasset)

_ Minimum of 3 years related experience inHR in a Swiss environment (an additional experience ininternational HR is an asset)

_ Very goodknowledge of Swiss Labor Law and employmentprinciples

_ Fluent in French andEnglish

_ Experience working in a dynamic,international environment (fast growing organization)

_Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and tools
