Dein Impact bei TWINT:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Prozess- und Methodenstrategie zur Optimierung des Innovations-, Portfolio-Managements und Produktentwicklung
  • Identifizierung von Schlüsselbereichen für Prozess- und Methodenverbesserungen zur Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit der Organisation durch Einbezug bewährter Praktiken
  • Etablierung von Governance-Strukturen zur Überwachung und Steuerung der Prozess- und der organisatorischen Leistung
  • Sicherstellung der Integration von bewährten Praktiken und branchenspezifischen Trends in die Prozessgestaltung
  • Entwicklung von Leistungsindikatoren und Frameworks zur Messung der Effektivität und Leistungsfähigkeit der Prozesse und der Organisation
  • Bereitstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management durch Analyse von Prozessdaten und -ergebnissen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Prozesse den Bedürfnissen aller Stakeholder gerecht werden
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Experten für Prozesse, Methoden, Tools und Coaching
Stellenanforderungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Unternehmensprozessen und way of working im digitalen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in SAFe, OKR, QBR, ITIL, TOM
  • Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren, zu entwickeln und zu leiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Innovationsgeist und ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Teams auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
