    With future opportunities in mind, we are currently accepting applications from experienced mining engineering talent with a specialization in infrastructure.



    The role in a nutshell



    In this position, you will have an important part in the design and development of infrastructure systems for our global mining projects. These projects may include both brownfield and greenfield initiatives across underground and open pit operations.



    Your expertise will ensure us ensure that critical infrastructure—such as haul roads, water management systems, and power distribution—is seamlessly integrated into our mining operations.



    More specifically, you will be expected to:



  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure solutions that support our global mining projects;
Develop and refine infrastructure designs, adhering to industry best practices and project needs; Provide technical guidance in the planning and execution of infrastructure components for mining projects; Utilize engineering software and methodologies to create accurate and reliable infrastructure models; Conduct site assessments and due diligence to inform infrastructure planning and design; Stay updated with advancements in mining infrastructure technology, applying innovative solutions where applicable.



Do you have what it takes?



Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, or related field); Extensive experience in mining infrastructure design and development, particularly for underground and open pit operations; A solid understanding of the relationships between mining operations, infrastructure systems, and environmental considerations; Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through various project phases; Significant skills in stakeholder management and a relevant experience with delivering complex infrastructure projects; Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools; Advanced communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely; Autonomous, methodical, and collaborative with a proactive problem-solving approach; High organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects; Excellent command of English, as this is an international position. Knowledge of Russian is an asset.



Language: English (advanced). Knowledge of another language such as Spanish, French, German or Italian is an asset.



Travel: Candidates should be open to domestic and international travel, approximately 20% of the time, and comfortable working with colleagues across different time zones.

You must be eligible to work in Canada or Australia in order to be considered.
