Im Artificial Intelligence Team engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:
- Entwicklung und Integration von AI Services (z.B. LLM, Recommender, Vision) unter Verwendung von state-of-the-art Machine Learning Methoden und vielfältigen, multimedialen Daten
- Weiterentwicklung des AI Technology Stacks sowie Sicherstellen eines nachhaltigen, effizienten und resilienten Betriebs der AI Services (MLOps)
- Einbringen Ihrer AI-Expertise bei der Ausformulierung von Anforderungen und fachliche Begleitung von Initiativen
- Aktives Setzen von neuen technischen und methodischen Impulsen u.a. zur Stärkung der Daten- und AI-Kultur bei SRF
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit Python und den gängigen ML-Frameworks (z.B. PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
- Praktische Erfahrung im Entwickeln und Betrieben von ML-Services in der Cloud und unter Verwendung von Infrastructure as Code (vorzugsweise AWS resp. Pulumi)
- Freude an der Arbeit mit unstrukturierten und heterogenen Daten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Arbeit in einem dynamischen und innovativen Team, in einem agilen Umfeld mit einem wichtigen Beitrag für die Zukunft des Service Publics
- Grossen Gestaltungsspielraum mit hoher Team- und Eigenverantwortung (z.B. 4 Innovations-Wochen pro Jahr) sowie diverse Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
- Arbeit mit modernster Cloud Technologien und einer Vielfalt von Machine Learning-Methoden (z.B. Large Language Models, Recommender, Convolutional Neural Networks)
