Responsabilità:
 

  • Raccolta e gestione di eventi avversi e reazioni avverse (AE/ADR) in tutto il mondo durante la fase di sperimentazione clinica e nel periodo post-marketing, incluso l'inserimento nei database di Farmacovigilanza.
  • Notifica delle segnalazioni spontanee alle Autorità Competenti tramite i portali dedicati.
  • Invio dei report di sicurezza cumulativa e delle segnalazioni di eventi avversi gravi (SUSARs) alle Autorità nel contesto degli studi clinici.
  • Estrazione delle segnalazioni dai portali delle Autorità e revisione periodica della letteratura scientifica internazionale per tutti i prodotti e principi attivi di IBSA.
  • Valutazione dei reclami di qualità per identificare potenziali impatti sulla sicurezza.
  • Collaborazione con altri dipartimenti di IBSA e terze parti per la riconciliazione dei dati.
  • Redazione e mantenimento di procedure (SOP) e istruzioni operative relative alle attività di Farmacovigilanza.
  • Revisione e aggiornamento della documentazione relativa agli studi clinici per farmaci, dispositivi medici, integratori e cosmetici.
  • Revisione e aggiornamento della brochure dell'investigatore per i prodotti in fase di sviluppo clinico.
  • Preparazione dei rapporti di aggiornamento sulla sicurezza dello sviluppo (DSUR) per i prodotti in fase di sviluppo clinico.
  • Organizzazione e conduzione di sessioni formative sulle attività di Farmacovigilanza durante le riunioni degli investigatori e le visite di valutazione iniziale (SIV) dei trial clinici.
     

Competenze richieste:
 

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche o mediche.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel campo della Farmacovigilanza o attività correlate.
  • Conoscenza delle normative nazionali e internazionali in materia di Farmacovigilanza.
  • Capacità di analisi e valutazione critica dei dati scientifici.
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di collaborazione interfunzionale.
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e multitasking.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato.
