Material Planner/Operational Buyer Drug Product

The Material Planner/Operational Buyer for Drug Product consists of the management of the materials from set up in SAP to Purchase Order Placement to release for production. Responsible to coordinate the supply and ensure the accurate inventory levels of materials are maintained for any direct purchased item. Creation and maintenance of material numbers and detailed material planning parameters in SAP (PIR, SL, lead-times, and other MRP relevant settings).
Conversion of the material requirements plan (purchase requisitions) into Purchase Orders.
Expediting material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processing.
Track, report and facilitate on-time material availability including testing and release for production.
Collaborate with the broader procurement team to ensure all relevant material & vendor master data and outline agreements are available in SAP and are up to date.
Degree in SCM, Procurement or any relevant field
Level in Supply Chain, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or purchasing: Purchasing, inventory, analytical and distribution management skills
Ability to use SAP and MS office programs
Fluency in German and English is required
