Nous sommes à la recherche, pour notre équipe sur site, chez Nestlé Orbe, d'un/e Stagiaire en Ressources Humaines (5 mois). Entrée en fonction : Avril 2026 Ta journée type comprend Tâches administratives (contrats de travail, demandes AVS, gestion des permis de travail, attestations de travail, etc) Support aux activités de recrutement Gestion administrative du processus de recrutement (gestion des demandes des clients, publication des annonces, sélection des dossiers, contacts), sélection des candidats par téléphone, en français et en anglais Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs Répondre aux diverses questions des employés et des clients Autres tâches administratives liées à la fonction RH Qualifikationen Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau B2 advanced) Maîtrise de l'Allemand est un plus Première expérience en gestion administrative et / ou ressources humaines Bonnes connaissances informatiques Formation supérieure souhaitée Sens du détail et organisé(e) Esprit d'équipe Forte orientation client Certificat d'Assistant en gestion du personnel (Ressources Humaines) : Un avantage Nous t'offrons une position intéressante et variée dans un cadre dynamique avec de nouveaux défis à relever au quotidien.
