What you're going to do

To expand our team in the Market Unit Financial Services, we are looking for more requirements engineering power (part-time possible). Do you have first experience as a requirements engineer? Or already successfully applied your knowledge in digitalization and migration projects? Either way, your move to Adnovum could be the next step in your career As part of an interdisciplinary and international project team, you will play an essential part in developing various tailored software applications. Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing and describing business use cases in cooperation with the clients
  • Analyzing the greater contexts of business processes and organizational structures
  • Assessing and validating operational solutions regarding the project specifications
  • Analyzing, specifying, and validating complex technical requirements
  • Developing technical solution concepts and designs in close cooperation with software architects, developers, and UX designers
  • Coordinating and documenting requirements in Jira and Confluence
  • Participating in the implementation of solution designs throughout the entire development process
  • Serving as a competent liaison between the client and our software developers
  • Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders for change requests and support cases
What we're looking for
  • Completed studies in computer science or business informatics (ETH, university, university of applied sciences)
  • Ideally 1-5 years of experience in requirements engineering
  • Independent work approach, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills when dealing with stakeholders
  • Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum, ideally practical experience
  • Certifications in the field of requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering are a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Business know-how in the insurance domain is a plus
