- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von CRM-User-Schulungen bei Rollouts innerhalb der BKW Gruppe
- Auf Stakeholder aller Hierarchiestufen gehst du proaktiv zu und berätst Geschäftseinheiten zur Optimierung derer Prozesse mit Fokus CRM
- User-Rückmeldungen bringst du in enger Abstimmung mit dem Product Owner ins CRM Scrum Team ein (Requirements Engineering)
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die interne Kommunikation zu MS Dynamics 365 (Newsletter, E-Learning, SharePoint Informationsseite etc.)
- Du unterstützt unsere User als Ansprechperson im Second Level Support
- Mit Hilfe des CRM führst du kleinere interne und externe Befragungen durch
- Erfahrung im Durchführen von (User-)Schulungen oder Erwachsenenbildung
- Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz und in Einzelfällen der EU (im Normalfall während normalen Arbeitszeiten)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
- Gutes technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an digitalen Prozessen
- Fähigkeit, Komplexes einfach zu erklären und Andere zu motivieren
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Servicementalität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchiestufen
