At the Visp site, we are looking for a Senior Utilities Operations Expert (m/w/d ) for Ibex™. In this role, you will coordinate and lead cross-functional projects in the Utilities sector, driving the optimization of infrastructure systems across various operational areas. As part of the Facility Management Utilities (FMU) team, you will support troubleshooting efforts and take responsibility for assigned projects to ensure effective solutions. Additionally, you will prepare detailed overviews of project activities, including scheduling, and lead building-wide projects from an operational perspective. Furthermore, you will support the FMU team during handover and startup phases to ensure smooth project transitions and the proper functionality of the facilities.
Coordination and management of large-scale operational projects in Utilities
- Creating project overviews, including scheduling for assigned projects
- Leading cross-building projects
- Supporting the Utilities Ops Team during handover and startup phases
Fluent in English and German
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout projects
- Proficiency in relevant project management software tools (e.g., MS Office, SAP)
- Independent working style and ability to drive projects forward autonomously
