Managing Partner

With over 50 years of experience and expertise Bachem provides products for research, clinical development and commercial application to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide and offers a comprehensive range of services. In this role reporting to the Head of Operations IT, you will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of application management, landscape management, team and talent management, vendor management, and cost management with regards to the Manufacturing Execution Systems (PAS-X, PI, Elpro and other applications) in the responsibility of the team. Collaborate with business units to manage their demand, understand their requirements, ensure prioritization, and align solutions with business needs.
Enforce compliance with established processes for IT service management and computer system validation during application development, maintenance, and support.
Collaborate closely with project managers, IT, OT and business SMEs to ensure ME projects deliver the expected value.
Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and partners with the support of IT Operational Excellence and GRC.
 
 
 
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing ME applications and projects.
Excellent English and German skills
