Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt, um Hirslanden mit hochwertigen und kosteneffizienten Rechtsdienstleistungen zu unterstützen.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du unter der Leitung des Group General Counsel sowie dem globalen Team von Mediclinic zusammen. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, rechtliche Risiken zu minimieren und gleichzeitig die geschäftlichen Möglichkeiten zu maximieren.

Dabei stehen dir sowohl die Konzernleitung von Hirslanden als auch das Generalsekretariat mit ihrer Expertise zur Seite.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Rechtsabteilung von Hirslanden
  • Rechtliche Beratung für interne Abteilungen, Hirslanden-Kliniken und Direktorien, insbesondere im Gesundheits- und Handelsrecht
  • Verhandlung, Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen in den Bereichen Gesundheitswesen, Versicherungen und Beschaffung
  • Analyse, Umsetzung und Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Vertretung gegenüber Behörden
  • Entwicklung und Überprüfung interner Richtlinien, Prozesse und Geschäftsstrategien zur Sicherstellung der Compliance mit nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften
  • Koordination und Vertretung des Unternehmens vor Behörden und Gerichten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwaltskanzleien
  • Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu rechtlichen Themen sowie zentrale Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
DEIN PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften oder eine gleichwertige, staatlich anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin in einem europäischen Land (vorzugsweise in der Schweiz) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem multinationalen Unternehmen oder einer Anwaltskanzlei
  • Fundierte Branchenerfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Kenntnisse in Französisch von Vorteil
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise, rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Sozialkompetenz aufgrund der Vielfalt und Komplexität der Aufgaben
  • Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
