Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination von Projekten in interdisziplinären Teams unter Einhaltung der Termine und Kosten.

  • Neu- oder Weiterentwicklungen von Prozessen und des Equipments von der Initialisierung bis zur Serienprüfung (inkl. Dokumentation, Schulung, Qualifizierung und Validierung).

  • Erkennung von Fehlern und Problemen im Prozess sowie die systematische Ableitung und Durchführung von erforderlichen Korrektur- und Optimierungsmassnahmen.

  • Organisation und Leitung von Workshops zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Equipment und LEAN Aktivitäten.

  • Als Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und Lieferanten kommunizieren Sie in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Verantwortung für die Kommunikation der eigenen Projekte.

  • Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Auswertung von Produktionsversuchen und Erstbemusterungen. Trouble Shooting vor Ort in der Produktion.

  • Leitung von Roll out-Aktivitäten und Standardisierungen auf Prozessebene sowie standortübergreifende Mitarbeit bei entsprechenden Projekten.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (FH/HF) in Maschinenbau, Systemtechnik, Automation, Mechatronik oder eine adäquate Ausbildung im technischen Bereich mit.

  • Bestenfalls verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem regulierten Produktionsumfeld als Projektleiter und bringen eine Weiterbildung in Projektmanagement mit.

  • Eine proaktive, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise gehört zu Ihren Stärken.

  • Sie sind selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und arbeiten lösungsorientiert.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung.
