Our core businesses include petrochemicals and advanced materials. For our company LGCEG we are looking for a Lab Technician (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible. In this role you will work in a global matrix environment, influence and represent all Lab Technician responsibilities.
Lab Technician (m/f/d) What you will be doing:
for laboratory services
Managing analytical service orders and conducting experiments using laboratory equipment such as IR, DSC, TGA, HPLC, GC and UTM etc.
Responsible processing of test requests in the laboratory
Operation of laboratory equipment, data evaluation and data backup
Maintaining of laboratory equipment for use at all time
Documentation of test results in German and English
Participating in the optimization and improvement of workflows in the laboratory
Participating in global, multidisciplinary project meetings
Experience as chemical laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant; Successfully completed training in activities listed above
Practical and theoretical knowledge in organic and macromolecular chemistry and analytics
Good MS Office skill, especially Excel
Fluent English and German , both written and spoken
