Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Financial Controller to join our dynamic and energetic team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health and integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting principles. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Oversee financial reporting and perform the group consolidation
  • Review of statutory accounts
  • Manage and lead the finance team
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Perform and advise on financial analyses
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Manage financial audits and liaise with auditors
  • Provide financial guidance to management

 

Desired Candidate Profile 
  • Accounting or finance degree or qualification;
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling
  • Expertise ideally with D365 or any other complex ERP system, and excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of Swiss GAAP FER and finance/controlling processes
  • Fluent in English and German
