We are seeking a senior professional to lead Investor Relations within our Private Assets division. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional post-sales services to our clients and bankers, acting as the key point of contact for all investor-related queries and communications. It will play a strategic role in enhancing client satisfaction, supporting bankers, and contributing to the overall success of our Private Assets offering. The role will be based in Geneva and will report to the Head of Client Services, Private Assets, within Investment Solutions. Senior Investor Relations for Private Assets Your role Serve as the primary contact for clients and bankers for all post-sales inquiries related to Private Assets products Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality responses questions, coordinating with internal teams as needed Prepare and tailor presentation materials for client meetings, roadshows, and internal briefings Coordinate investor roadshows and events, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful content Collaborate closely with Bankers, Product Specialists, and Investment Teams to ensure consistent messaging and client experience Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization Maintain a deep understanding of Private Assets products and market trends to support client conversations Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards in all client communications and documentation Your profile Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, client servicing, or sales support within private banking, asset management, or private markets Strong understanding of Private Assets (Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Fluent in English Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation and writing skills, with attention to detail Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
