"Private Banking Assistant, UK Market (80-100%) We are seeking a Private Banker Assistant to join our UK team in Geneva. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and growing team, working closely with Private Bankers to deliver premium services to our private clients. YOUR ROLE Support Private Bankers in clients’, administrative and commercial activities, to ensure a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele. Manage in an impeccable way account openings and proactively process and follow opening formalities, monitoring of the accounts, cash management, overdrafts Proactively deal with all administrative tasks (filing/recording of documentation and KYC, ALM alerts monitoring, documentation update etc.) in collaboration with Private Bankers. Prepare under the guidance of the Private Bankers, presentation material for client meetings and for business development activities. Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Powerpoint (follow-up of complex tables, creation of presentations and reports, etc.), Perfect command of English and French.
