Das erwartet dich
  • Du führst und entwickelst das Projekt- & Programm-Management-Team weiter
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Projekt Management Methodik ( PROMISE@Aveniq ) wie auch das Projekt Management Tool (PQ Force): Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Standards und Best Practices
  • Du steuerst das gesamte Kunden-Projektportfolio und übernimmst Verantwortung für den firmenweiten Projektmanagement-Prozess
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards in den Projekten
  • Du überwachst die strategische Ausrichtung der Projekte und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale
  • In der Presales-Phase berätst du unsere Kunden bei Fragen rund um die Projektmethodik optimal und unterstützt das Verkaufsteam bei der Erstellung von Offerten, Kalkulationen und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung unterstützt du uns dabei, Projekte nach "Best Practice" umzusetzen und unsere Kunden zu begeistern
  • Du planst, steuerst und überwachst Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Intern stellst du mithilfe deiner natürlichen Autorität und Führungskompetenz eine professionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit aller fachlichen und technischen Teams sicher
Das bringst du mit
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit (idealerweise in der Informatik) und hast dich an einer höheren Fach-/Hochschule weitergebildet
  • Deine betriebswirtschaftlichen Skills hast du dir "on the job" oder im Rahmen einer Weiterbildung angeeignet
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Projekt Management-Methoden wie z.B. IPMA Level C/B, PMP oder Hermes runden dein Profil ab
  • Du besitzt ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft und nachweisbare Erfolge als Project oder Programm-Manager sowie Projekterfahrungen im IT-Umfeld
  • Du bist eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer Can-Do-Attitude und Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
  • Du bist dazu bereit in der Deutschschweiz zu Kundenstandorten zu reisen
