Für den Einsatz bei unserem Kunden in Zürich suchen wir einen Product Manager (Projektleitung) Evaluation und Einführung HR-Suite

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für die Evaluation und Einführung einer neuen HR-Suite.
  • In dieser anspruchsvollen Rolle fokussierst Du Dich vorerst auf die Planung, Strukturierung, Staffing und Durchführung der Evaluation einer HR-Suite.
  • Du gibst mit Deiner Projekterfahrung im HR-Umfeld Guidance und nutzt Deine Hands-On-Mentalität, um zusammen mit unseren HR-Experten die nötigen Inhalte resp. Voraussetzungen für die Auschreibungen zu erarbeiten (RfI/RfP). Da wir auf Standard-Lösungen setzen wollen, ist der Challenge die richtige Flughöhe von Konzeptionen/Anforderungen zu finden um den Prozess effizient aber effektiv abzuwickeln. Dazu gehört auch die Impactanalyse was die die Standards der Suiten auf unsere Prozesse bedeuten.
  • Mit Deinen ausgeprägten Kommunikations-Skills schaffst Du Transparenz zum Fortschritt, nötige Entscheidungsgrundlagen und führst durch Workshops und Meetings mit Fach- und IT-Vertretenden.
  • Für die Umsetzung agierst Du gegenüber dem Lieferanten in der Rolle als Projektleiter/in und intern als SAFe Product Manager. Zusammen mit unseren internen und externen Partnern planst Du die Feature-Roadmap, Meilensteine und Inhalte. Du überwachst den Fortschritt, die Risiken und stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung in Zeit, Kosten, Termin, Scope sicher. Der Vertrag kann somit per Ende 2024 verlängert werden.

Anforderungen:

  • ‍ Fundierte nachweisliche Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in in der Evaluation und Einführung von HR-Suiten.
  • Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management und Kommunikations-Skills
  • Business-Engineering-Skills, um andere BE's anzuleiten
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse insbesondere zum Thema Cloud und SaaS-Lösungen.
  • Zertifizierung und Praxiserfahrung als SAFe Product Manager
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
