Was Sie bewegen
  • ?Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Leader in Personalführungsthemen sowie Mitarbeitende in HR-relevanten Angelegenheiten in unseren Verteilbetrieben Bremgarten (AG) und Pratteln (BL) entlang des gesamten Mitarbeitenden-Lebenszyklus.
  • Du besetzt Fach- und Führungspositionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Linie und stellst ein erfolgreiches Onboarding sicher.
  • Als Botschafter*in für die Unternehmenskultur und Stimmungsbarometer bist du in regem Austausch mit deinen Stakeholdern.
  • Du führst Gespräche, leitest Mediationen, begleitest Veränderungsprozesse und moderierst Workshops und Trainings.
  • In Projekten wirkst du aktiv mit oder leitest diese vollumfänglich.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Admin Specialist, den anderen HR Business Partnern sowie dem Rest des HR-Teams stellst du sicher, dass Prozesse sauber laufen und unsere Kunden*innen im Mittelpunkt stehen.
Was Sie mitbringen
  • Bildung: Eidg. Fachausweis
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem Industrie-/Logistikbetrieb
  • Sicheres, gewinnendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Skills: du findest rasch den Draht zu deinen Stakeholdern und kannst mühelos das Vertrauen zu diesen aufbauen
  • Der ständige Wechsel zwischen Themen macht dir Spass und es fällt dir leicht, Aufgaben zu priorisieren
  • Hohe digitale Affinität
  • SAP Success Factors Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Französisch (von Vorteil)
