Lead the transformation. JobCloud is on an exciting journey to become an AI-enabled organization and we're looking for a visionary leader to guide us. As the Head of our AI Hub, you will enhance and drive JobCloud's AI strategy, champion adoption across the company, and inspire teams to explore what AI makes possible.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of around 10 specialists and work closely with leaders across JobCloud to bring AI into the heart of everything we do.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI Hub team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertise
Drive AI advocacy and adoption, translating complex concepts, delivering training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AI
integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows)
Ideally a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focus
Full professional proficiency in English, German or French are a plus
