Manage daily infrastructure operationsContributing to the evolution and optimization of the cloud environmentsIT Cloud & Infrastructure EngineerCompany based in GenevaDescriptionManage and monitor daily infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Coordinate the activities of a nearshore operations provider and ensure SLAs are met.Support and implement improvements in cloud environments (AWS and OCI) to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure projects.Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and operational knowledge sharing.Profile Proven experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud (OCI).Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.Experience managing or coordinating teams or external providers is a plus.Knowledge of security, performance monitoring, and operational best practices.Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
