Manage daily infrastructure operationsOversees nearshore providers, ensures compliance with standards, and aligns infrastructure strategy with the organization's digital objectives.Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS or OCI)Company based in GenevaDescriptionCloud Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of AWS and OCI environmentsEnsure system reliability, performance, and cost efficiencyDefine and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and service monitoring standardsCoordinate incident, change, and problem management processesProvider & Vendor CoordinationManage and oversee tasks performed by nearshore operations teamsMonitor adherence to SLAs, security standards, and operational processesValidate deliverable and drive continuous process improvementsInfrastructure Strategy & EvolutionBuild and maintain the roadmap for infrastructure modernizationLead initiatives in cloud migration, automation, and integration with monitoring/security toolsAlign infrastructure plans with broader digital transformation objectivesSupport cost forecasting and contribute to budget planningSecurity & ComplianceWork closely with security teams to ensure compliance with internal policiesCo-manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response activitiesMaintain audit readiness and up-to-date operational documentationProfile Proven experience managing cloud infrastructures (AWS and/or OCI)Strong knowledge of IaC and automation tools (, Terraform, Ansible)Familiarity with monitoring tools (, CloudWatch, OCI Monitoring)Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and security fundamentalsExperience working with external service providers or managed service partnersKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid integrations - a plusFluent in English; French is an advantageStrong analytical, leadership, and coordination skillsExcellent communication and ability to collaborate with both technical and business team Job OfferAttractive packageInternational environment jidb3b5019afr jit1146afr jpiy25afr
