To strengthen our M2U Production Engineering team, we are looking for aProduction Engineer Aseptic ProcessesYou will support our aseptic production by coordinating maintenance, solving technical issues, improving equipment and acting as the technical partner for our Value Streams.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical link between the Value Streams and M2UPlan and coordinate maintenance shutdownsSupport daily operations through troubleshootingImprove and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP complianceCoordinate suppliers and internal partners during breakdownsWork on deviations, SQUIPP and CAPA actionsLead small investment projects in plant engineeringSupport project management on maintenance topicsCover for other plant engineers and join the on-call serviceAct as technical SME and support operational readinessContribute to plant and process safety Key QualificationsTechnical engineering degree or similar technical trainingExperience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environmentSolid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenanceConfident in troubleshooting complex equipmentAble to lead situationally and work well across functionsStructured, reliable and hands-onFluent in German and EnglishOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
