The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom. About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Culinary Department in Zurich, the Chef de Partie is responsible for state-of-the-art culinary experiences. The Chef de Partie reports to the Sous Chef. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Taking responsibility for the management of your kitchen station, ensuring efficient and seamless workflow while strictly adhering to quality and hygiene standards Ensuring flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of our dishes in accordance with our high standards Ensuring that food waste is kept to a minimum Providing creative support in the development of new food concepts Coordinating with your supervisor for inventory requisition and overseeing daily goods receipt Being responsible for the daily control of hygiene regulations and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines We offer our Chef de Partie world-class benefits, including but not limited to: Discounts on hotel stays and F&B across the group Colleague recognition and reward programs Exciting training and development opportunities Worldwide promotion and transfer possibilities Colleague events and wellness programs We are Fans.
