Das 5* Boutiquehotel The Capra, ein Mitglied der Preferred Hotels, verfügt über 38 Suiten und Zimmer sowie eine Brasserie, den Chef's Table, eine Lounge-Bar, eine Bibliothek, FunLab für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie einen neuen 900m2 Spa. Das jüngste Mitglied ist unser Bergrestaurant Spielboden. The Capra bietet unseren internationalen Gästen Geborgenheit in luxuriöser, alpiner Umgebung, Genuss und ein ungezwungenes Ferienerlebnis.

The Capra wurde zu den 35 besten Schweizer Ferienhotels (Sonntagszeitung Hotelrating) und zu den 100 Top Hotels vom Hochglanz Magazin Tatler gewählt.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Rezeptionsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit als Guest Service Manager (m/w/d).

  • Professionelle und freundliche Begrüssung der internationalen Gäste

  • Leitung & Förderung des Rezeptionsteams

  • Aktiver Verkauf & Reservationen mit Opera Cloud über Telefon und E-Mail unter Berücksichtigung der Strategien unseres Yield Managements

  • Selbständige Gästekorrespondenz in diversen Sprachen (d, e, f)

  • Organisation der Telefonzentrale

  • Unterstützung der Direktion

  • Schulung & Durchsetzung sämtlicher Standards (Preferred Hotels, AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts etc.)
